Promblem with transferring money.

I am trying to transfer my money into bank account but I do it there is error with it saying transfer cannot be completely.

Have you withdrawn funds before?
Are you withdrawing to a bank account or debit card?
What error message are you getting?
Have you verified / confirmed your bank account?
Are the funds cleared and not pending?
Are the funds in your countries currency?
Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?
Is any debit cards billing address the same as your paypal account address?

Yes I had get funds before with debit card and bank account and everything is verify there nothing is pending and all my information is the same and this is what the error message is saying right now we’re not able to complete this transaction.
