Hi, i confirmed my credit card in paypal and also it is opened for internet transaction and no limits, but when i try to pay for piece in ebay the system rejecting operation and suggest to contact to paypal support service
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
