Problems with PayPal

PayPal needs to hire more people.  I am very tired of everyone having a "higher than normal call volume."  If that is always the case, hire more people.  Also, I would like PayPal to require my password for each transaction.  I don't want payments to automatically go through.  If PayPal can't improve, I will be unlikely to use it in the future.  Thanks for any help.

Sounds as if you used the saved password option in your browser for paypal, so click on your browser settings and take paypal off the option for saving passwords.
