Problems with Ebay

Hello. I have an item that I sell in Ebay. The buyer repeatedly fails to pay it. What is the problem?

I'm sorry to hear of the trouble with the buyer. Regrettably, we wouldn't be able to help if a buyer hasn't paid. I recommend reaching out to the buyer to request payment.

If there are any issues with your PayPal account, you'll typically see a notification in your account requesting that you take action. If you're not seeing any notifications and your eBay account is in good standing, then there may be an issue on the buyer's side. It may be beneficial to have the buyer contact us for assistance with the payment.
