Problems using PP Biz Debit card to make purchases online

Hello everyone,

 

I tried using my PP Debit to make purchases online at 2 different stores. Everything matched correctly (ship to billing address and matched phone number and name). Both times the transaction was approved because I got a noticed from PP saying my card was charged. Then I got an e-mail from the retailers roughly 2 hours later saying they had to cancel my order without giving any explanation. Since the order went thru with PP I am assuming it was the retailer who decided to cancel the order.

Yes, it would be the merchant who has cancelled this payment. If the payment was approved and completed on PayPal, there would be no reason for PayPal to cancel your purchase.
