Problems in payment

I have received an email from PayPal that I have funds awaiting. The email asks me to go to resolution center of my account. Bit in my resolution center there is nothing for me to do. It shows no active transaction, no open cases and no closed cases either. Also the email says if I don't do the needful in resolution center the funds will be transferred back to the sender. Please help me what to do. There is no missing information in my account. The email and bank has been verified also.

Yes, I have followed all the steps. PayPal said they will contact within 7 working days. I am confused. Do I need to do anything else?
