Trying to buy an electronic product from a website that's hosted in Brazil. They have paypal as a payment option but when I put the order through it tells me he needs to accept it in 10 days. He logs into his paypal and sees nothing.. or so he says. There is a language barrier here. Am I out of luck? Is there anything I can tell him to do? I'm going insane I've been at this for 3 months.
