I just got a PayPal account because I needed it for my order in a webshop (it was the only possible way for paying). After making my account and confirmed my email and bank account I went to buy my new stuff.
Here lies the problem, when I got sent to the PayPal site to confirm I immediately get a error saying:
"Unfortunately, your purchase can not be completed at this time. Go back to the web store and choose another payment method"
