Problem with payment

I have a problem with a payment I back sows mythat I paid throw PayPal and e bay is asking to pay and the seller says he can’t see a payment

what do I have to do

Does the payment show as "Completed" in your Activity page? If yes, this means that the payment went through and the seller may need to contact us directly. 

Please contact us by clicking 'Help & Contact' at the bottom of the PayPal homepage so that we can look into this further. You may reach out to us on Facebook or Twitter.
