Problem with first transaction

I got a mail from Paypal saying that my first ever payment I received has been put on hold and it asked me to visit the resolution centre so that I can add some additional required info after which they will release my money. However, there is nothing at the resolution center. It is showing as 0 open cases. What am I to do now?
