I am trying to send money to an institution that gave me the details of how to pay. I am in Canada and they are in the United Kingdom. I am trying to pay them but when I try to send, it says I have a problem with my PayPal account. I am unsure what to do.
The error you're receiving usually means there is a limitation on the account that needs to be resolved before you can send payments. You can find steps to resolve a limitation in the Resolution Center on an account.
