Problem with account

Hi people,i would like to conect my account with PS network,but when ai write id and password...ps show me your account is locked....how i can unlock my account please ? thank you for every information.

PayPal locks up after multiple failed log in attempts for security. Wait a day, change your PayPal password and then try to log in again.
