11/01/20: I play this game that has in-app purchases. I bought 2 seprate packs of $10. (These amounts have yet to be extracted from my bankaccount) I wanted to do the same again the the day after but I couldn’t because my paypal account had to be verified. So I checked if my account was verified or not by email and it was. I keep having this problem even when I delete the paying method... Does anyone have a solution?

Generally, payments to merchants like iTunes are processed through a billing agreement that is established when you make the first purchase with them using PayPal. If you are having trouble completing payments, try linking your card to PayPal and that might resolve the issue. Having backup funding sources linked to PayPal will ensure that your payments are processed smoothly.
