hi, I've tried to withdraw my earnings on Upwork using Paypal, but it fails every time and it gives me this error: Unable to apply funds, then it sends the money back to Upwork.
I have contacted Upwork support and they replied with the following: " Good day! Thank you for contacting Upwork Support! I am sorry to hear about the difficulties you had with your withdrawal method (Paypal), let's try to check and see how we can clear this up for you.
I have reviewed your account and it appears that your payment method is good from this end hence I would recommend contacting Paypal Support. Here is the error message that we see on our end - Unable to apply funds. Please tell PayPal to support the error message that we see on your account.
You may discuss this further with Paypal Support on how to resolve the issue regarding funds that were returned to us. "
keeping in mind that my Paypal is not connected with a card or bank account but verified with ID, and I have zero balance in it.
I looked into old articles and nothing helps.
