Problem receiving payment

Am a seller on eBay,a customer ordered something from my eBay store and has been trying to pay but PayPal has always been reversing the payment,my client has called PayPal and they told him nothing is wrong with his account.. someone please help

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
