Problem of sending (trasnfering) money to my visa card

Hello. I have a problem of sending money (transfering amount) to my visa card. When I try to do it, there is a mistake that's says ''We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later.'' I tried a couple of times but it doesnt work. Help me to fix this please. Best regards

Have you confirmed it?

Does the billing address of the card exactly match your paypal account address?

Are the funds cleared and not pending?

Are they in the correct currency your card accepts?
