I requested some money from my friend who is abroad.But when i pressed request button one pop up came and it was written that " Theres a problem with your account.please visit our help centre so we can help you resolve this quickly."
Please help me with this.My account is already linked with bank and theres already card linked with paypal.Even paypal has accepted the card.Hope to hear from you soon.Thank you.
PayPal India accounts cannot send or receive personal payments, maybe that has something to do with it. It doesn't seem like PayPal India Personal accounts are good for receiving money. A look at the PayPal India Homepage "Personal" and "Business' menus will tell you what you can and can't do with each account type.
