Problem Sending Money

Hey everyone, I am trying to send money as Friends and Family using my Paypal Balance, but every time I try to pay, it says that the payment was denied. Also, I am having problems withdrawing to my bank account as it always makes me do a 72-hour security check. Is there any way around this? Thanks for all the help.

Do you have a linked and confirmed bank account attached?

Is the bank account in the same name as your Paypal account?

Is the friends / family transaction in your own country or another?

What back up funding sources do you have linked to your Paypal account?

Are your cards comfirmed?

Have you confirmed your email address?

Are you in Canada with Canadian cards / bank accounts linked?
