I want to use my paypal which is linked to my credit card for a portion $5000 of the sale amount. Will the seller incur fees accepting my payment?

Yes, there are fees charged by PayPal for transactions paid for goods and services. That will be 2.9% + $0.30. For $5000, 2.9% of that will be $145, plus the fixed fee of $0.30. That will be a total of $145.30 deducted from the $5000.
