Want to complete a purchase, how do I use all my gift card before my credit card?

Gift cards have to be registered under same name and billing address as your PayPal account and linked to your PayPal account but they can not do split payments. If there's not enough on it to cover purchase, it will decline.

Only if paying with PayPal balance you can do split payments credit cards, not gift cards.
