Preferred funding method isn't available

Help.  I need to send money to two different people and it keeps giving me the message of Preferred Funding Method Isn't Available.  I have $100 in the balance and it won't let me send it.  I have tried all of the options that Customer Service has sent me and nothing works.  How do I pay people?   I have read some of the messages relating to this but I am not seeing an answer that works.   Any thoughts?   Thanks

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.

Thanks.  Tried that.  It doesn't take nor does it work.   But thanks for the response.

Are you trying to send to another country with another currency at all?

No.  Trying to send it to a friend in California.  The other one is in Canada and I have had to find a workaround to send it to her.
