I sell small items on ebay. I use funds from PayPal to pay for the shipping fees involved in the sale. In the past my payment method was from my PAYPAL CASH BALANCE . Just recently PayPal began taking my shipping fees out of my bank account. I have tried to change my Preferred payment method to PayPal Cash balance under the Wallet tab but when I go to Wallet I am not given that option. The only option I am given is Bank account or credit card. I have a verified bank account and credit card on file with PayPal. I have written to Help center but they bounce me from person to person and give canned responses w/o fixing the problem. I want the option to choose Preferred Method to be from PayPal Cash balance.
