Preauthorized?

I’m new to PP n I had $96.80 removed from my bank as a preauthorized payment but I don’t preauthorize anything. It’s not showing up under history as pending or complete the way my other purchases are....can anyone help me?

Same problem. I've been using pp for a while now but this is the first time anything like this has happened. I was trying to make a purchase from a website starting last Dec. And I have been getting pre-authorized ever since, never getting to make any purchase
