I just made a purchase checked my bank payment came out under PayPal, called the seller to ask did they get my order, no order received, checked PayPal notifications transaction said preauthorization, rang PayPal they said no transactions recorded call your bank, called bank they said could see the debit to PayPal, checked PayPal again - nothing! Where’s my payment gone?
