Hi, we work in italy and our platform usually process only italian transactions through adaptive payments API.
Sometimes does happen that when one of our customers try to make a preapproval from abroad (out of Italy) they can't complete the preapproval process because paypal refuses it or gives some error like "an error occurred while processing your request, reference #...". No issues at all when they are in Italy that is the reason why we've argued it might be connected with the localization or the ip of the customer.
Is there any kind of geographically based limitation on the use of the adaptive payments APIs for senders?
