So i linked both of my prepaid visa cards to my paypal, and since they charge a 'little fee' of $2.70CAD, they say the charge will be refunded within 24 hours. Now that gets me thinking, do prepaid visa cards get refunded too?
are they EVEN REFUNDABLE?
So i don't know. And if it isn't, what do i do from there? Now I know this is like 3 bucks and i can live without it but the thing is, I don't have very much money and i don't have a job either. Im still school so this is quite a bit of money for me to lose
