Hi! Any idea bout pre-authorized payment? Amount has been taken out of my card, the order from Victoria Secret was never placed successfully,it was cancelled,but there was a pre-authorized payment from PayPal. The other day was the 30th day after payment was on hold, I don't see the amount on my PayPal account's recent activity anymore and the amount was never even reverted back on my bank account
Generally, if an order is cancelled the pre-authorisation will time itself out. If this has not been the case then I would recommend contacting Victoria Secret as if they are the merchant then they are the only ones that can cancel the authorisation. They should be able to resolve it for you.
