Can anyone help me? I went to buy some school photos via PayPal and the funds have come out of my bank so I no longer have any money available. But PayPal gave me a notification to say it needs pre authorisation and each time I tried to pay it just said check with the bank. One order went through but the other two didn't. I had the correct amount of money in the bank. Its not on any transactions or anything so I cant cancel it. What can I do?
