Ordered an item from Bose, but then cancelled straight away, no goods were sent and Bose agreed to cancel. They have took a pre auth for the whole amount of my Pp credit, and i cant use the credit to purchase elsewhere. They told me 2/3 days for clearance but 5 days and still waiting. Can this be cancelled?
