Pre Approval

Where is the pre-approval settings?  They use to be under Business setup.  I  want to cancel a pre approval payment.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. 

If you are a seller and want to cancel a pre-approved payment you can do this though your tools.

Here’s how to cancel a customer’s Recurring Profile:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. On the main page, click on “Recurring Payments” under “Tools.”
3. Click on “Browse for profiles” under “Find Profiles” located at the top of the “Recurring payments overview” page.
4. Locate recurring payment profile and click “details”.
5. Click “Cancel” located in the “Profile information” column.
