I just realized that for the past 5 days or so my postage has been coming out of my back up bank account and not my PayPal balance. Has anyone else experienced this. When I go to choose a different form of payment PayPal balance is not an option.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
