Postage labels cancelled

Hi, I have cancelled two postage labels today as my scales are faulty and I have not been issued any refund.  How do I get a refund?

When you voided the labels, you would have been informed how long refunds would take and/or received an email from PayPal regarding the voided label refund. The emails may take a 1-2 days to get sent because the postal service is involved. At least that's how it is in the US. See link below for UK.
