Recently, I've bought something off of someone and paid through PayPal invoice. He told me that he had issues with his account not being verified. I told him to deny the payment I sent him through PayPal invoice and he did. However, I still have 200 dollars taken out and it is shown on my statement. The charge is still pending through the latest transactions from PayPal. What can I do? Please help!
Once you pay with bank, the funds will still go through and when PayPal gets it, it is refunded to you IF the seller canceled or refunded. Do you see a transaction saying funds were denied or refunded? If not the seller has to issue a refund or cancel the payment through the transaction on their end.
