Possible to send money from Bangladesh to Korea without going out?

I m a Korean staff member in one of the Universities in Korea.  I am trying to help my Bangladeshi students pay tuition. They send money from Bangladesh to Korea. Because of COVID-19, Bangladeshi is regulated not to go out of their house. Is it possible to send money by Paypal without going out in Bangladesh? If so, please let me know the procedure of sending money in terms of the people living in Bangladesh. Thank you!

I checked the countries that PP support and as far as I can see, Bangladesh is not included.

I suggest you need to find another way to send or receive money from them.
