Poor service

Hi,

did did ask for a refund of goods I did not get. I ordered two dog raps and recieved one lousy ring. After asking refung I did send a pic of the ring and the follow up details also shown in pic. Customer service never delivered the pic to problem solving centre. Now I got an e-mail that the case is closed because the follow up number secures that the items I ordered have been sent. Which is not true at all. The number only secures thet I recieved something and that something was not the dog raps I ordered. Poorly managed and lousy connections between different departments of the company. I really do not trust Pay Pal anymore and certainly would not recommend it to anyone.  Case number PP-D-80764506 / 82X441637X602430R
