Hi. I gave the wrong email address and so the purchaser paid someone else. The amount was pending so they asked for it to be cancelled. Now it is pending in their account. How long will it take to return so he can send payment to me?

If its pending / unclaimed with a cancel option then it will go back to the persons funding source once cancelled, can be up to 30 days.

If pending / unclaimed withOUT a cancel option then as long as its not claimed it would time out 30 days.

If claimed then they would have to open a dispute for non receipt if the receiver refused a refund.
