I’ve received an email saying I’ve got a payment from a friend but it’s still not showing in my summary?

Was the payment in your currency or theirs?
Have you checked that the payment was made to the same email address that is linked to your paypal account?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
