Please help!

Can someone please help? My friend has sent me some money for xmas (he lives in Austria and I’m England, he sent it yesterday) and I still haven’t received it. Nothing has appeared at all and I have evidence of him sending me 2 payments.. is this normal for it to take this long?

Which currency did he send and have you added that currency as a receiving currency on your paypal account?

Have you confirmed your email address?

Have you double checked the email address he sent it to and made sure there were no typos?
