I realy need to receive some money from and i can't. I got an eamil from paypal saying that i receive 10,75 $ from #######. But when i check my balance it is 0,00. I try to verify my account. I enter my credit card it says: "There's a problem with your account. Please contact us so we can help you out. " And i don't know what to do. Thank you PayPal for loosing 10,75 $. Please fix!
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
