I have a horse leaving today and was paid a deposit for her through PayPal this morning by the buyer.
I have always received money through PayPal instantly.
This said it is an e-check so will take 7 days to clear.
In the help center it says I can cancel this transaction in "Activity" under Details...but there is no option to do that.
There is no option to offer refund so she can send me payment otherwise.
She tried to cancel from her end to pay me another way, and is unable to.
I can't get through on phone to PayPal.
What is safest to do in this situation? Horse can't leave if there's possibility she could pull the payment.
Any suggestions on how to cancel this transaction altogether or get funds released faster?
