Hey i know people already posted on this, but ive tried everything to fix following error:

We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method.

I called paypal outside united states and they took me 40 euro, they didnt help me

I tried multiple things and i cant contact support by chat so they dont pay me money, if someone had exactly this issue please tell me how u fixed it
