I havent ever used PayPal before and I'm needing money that was sent to my account to get to family and away from an abusive situation. The card I have linked is a prepaid card with no money on it because I dont have a bank account. Can I use this card once linked in a store to purchase fuel and it use the paypal balance? My paypal wont link to samsung pay nor google pay.
5 days my paypal wouldn't link to samsungpay. Dont know why but day 6 it did...after I resolved bs travel fraud red flag my bank auto set on my **bleep**. I was BROKE. Begged for $4.99 to get a paypal (hardcopy) card at walmart. Called my buddy, gave him the cc-like # and he put paypal $ in my paypal account I used w/ my new hobo paypal card. Shnubbins!
