Now signed up with paypal and trying to get payments my email is verified by the person sending me credits is getting an error and cant send me money does it have anything else i need to verify?

PayPal accounts in Trinidad & Tobago require a Visa card be linked in order to enable the ability to receive funds transfers.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
