Person said she didn't receive money

I sent $50.00 to an individual today but then tried to send her $5.00. She said she didn't receive it so I send the $5.00 again... she says she still didn't receive it.... Can you help me?

Get the transaction IDs for these $5 transactions, contact PayPal with them to investigate whether they are sent or is the system lagging.
