Sent money to a friend 2 days ago and it still says pending but money gone from MasterCard any help anyone plz thanks

Did you send in the same currency as his paypal account receives?

If not he may need to go to his paypal wallet and add it.

OR if pending on either side did you pay using friends/family OR goods/services?
