Hi there, i have sent money to someone who has not received the payment, I definitely had plenty of money in my account and they assure me the PayPal email is correct - why would it still be pending? Thank you.

Hi @93kyahj 

 

It is good practice to check the email address of the recipient to ensure the money does not get sent to someone else.

 

I have a couple of questions to clarify.

  1. Is it showing as Pending on your activity, or only on the receiver's end?
  2. Did you send the payment as friends/family or goods/services?

Thank you for your reply, I can only assume I am the only one who can see the transaction as the seller asked for confirmation due to not receiving. I have send via F&F and asked them to double check the email is correct and they assure me that it is.. I have used PayPal multiple times since so other than the email being incorrect I can't see what could be wrong/ how to resolve to be sent my item and them receive the money.
