If my payment shows ‘pending’ is that something that the other person needs to accept? They are saying payment hasn’t cleared but it’s already been taken from our account.
It sounds like the payment may be on a hold on your merchant's end. I would advise having them check out this link for more information regarding these holds. I hope this helps!
