Pending

I have a payment transaction pending in my paypal and the seller is chasing me for the money but all I can do is cancel the payment Could issue be with seller?

If its showing as pending/unclaimed WITH a cancel option then the seller has made a typo or spelling error on their paypal email address.

Or if its an Ebay transaction then they would have imputted incorrectly or have an old one on their auction.
