Pending transactions got email but not shown in paypal website ??

So i claimed my 10 us dollar gift card from a survey website and got email from survey website that they sent the money and i  got mail from Paypal saying -

Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. To provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre.

but there is no open case in my resolution center. also i have completed my KYC. ya but they sent me payment before i linked my Pan Card to paypal

thanks for the replay I got my KYC done and i think i am good to go for next transactions but lost my 10 dollar.
