Pending transaction

I have raised a transaction, but the sellers website won’t process the order. I have looked at how to cancel the transaction as I won’t be claimed and all the instructions say to look under Pending in Activity. There is no pending tab.

If its pending without a cancel option then it will time out 30 days post payment.
